Our intellectual property
The Marble Tickets name, logo, page designs, text and software are owned by Marble Tickets or its licensors. You may not copy, adapt or reuse them commercially without written permission. You may of course share links to events and your own tickets.
Event content belongs to organisers
Event titles, descriptions, line-ups, posters and other artwork are supplied by the organiser of each event. They remain the property of the organiser or their licensors, and the organiser is responsible for having the right to use them. We do not review every upload before it appears.
Third-party names and logos
Payment method and bank marks shown on this site - including Visa, Mastercard, Orange Money, MyZaka, Smega, FNB, Absa and Access Bank - are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are displayed to tell you which payment methods an organiser accepts. Their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with Marble Tickets.
Where a mark is labelled “soon”, that payment method is not yet available as an online checkout on this platform.
Notice and takedown
If you believe content on Marble Tickets infringes your rights, is unlawful, or misrepresents an event, tell us and we will look into it promptly. Please include:
- the exact page address;
- what specifically is objectionable, and why;
- your name and contact details, and - for an intellectual-property claim - evidence of your right;
- a statement that your complaint is made in good faith.
Send it to info@marbletickets.com. We may remove or suspend content while we investigate. We will tell the organiser what was raised so they can respond.
Disputes about an event
We are the ticketing platform, not the event organiser. Complaints about an event itself - it was cancelled, it was not as described, a refund was not paid - should go to the organiser first; their contact details are on the event page. We will make the order record available to both of you. See the terms of use for how responsibility is divided.
Security reports
We welcome reports of security flaws. Report them to us privately rather than exploiting or publishing them, and we will not pursue anyone who acts in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix the issue. How tickets are secured is described on the trust page.
Accuracy
We take care with what appears here, but event details come from organisers and can change. Always check the event page and your order for the current position.
This notice is written to be clear and honest, not to be legal advice. Have a Botswana attorney review it - and add your company registration details above - before relying on it commercially.
