Signed, not just numbered
Each ticket carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature generated on our server with a secret that never leaves it. A QR code that wasn't issued by us fails verification instantly - you cannot make a valid ticket by editing a number.
Trust & security
Buying a ticket online only works if both sides can trust it - the attendee that it will get them in, the organizer that nobody walks in on a screenshot. Here is exactly how Marble Tickets makes that true.
Each ticket carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature generated on our server with a secret that never leaves it. A QR code that wasn't issued by us fails verification instantly - you cannot make a valid ticket by editing a number.
The first scan marks the ticket used. Every scan after that shows the door staff when it was first used, so a forwarded screenshot gets turned away while the real holder still gets in.
Scan any Marble Tickets QR with a normal phone camera and it opens a public verification page showing whether that ticket is genuine and unused. Only door staff can actually check it in.
Tickets are cached on your phone once opened, so a full hall or a dead network doesn't stop you getting through the gate.
By bank transfer, mobile money, cash or card. The amount you see is the amount you pay - our fee comes out of the organizer's side, never added on top of the advertised price.
Your tickets are issued the moment payment is confirmed, and sent to your WhatsApp or email. Until then your seats are held under your order code.
Where Marble Tickets processes the payment, the organizer's balance is released once the event has taken place - so an event that never happens can be made right.
Mobile money and bank transfers are live today, confirmed by the organizer. Card checkout through our payment gateway is arriving next - methods markedsoon are not yet available as an online checkout.

Give a volunteer the scanner and nothing else. Give your treasurer the money view and nothing else. Roles mean handing out a phone at the door never means handing out your sales figures.
Once we have confirmed who you are, your events carry a verified badge. Attendees can see they are buying from a real, contactable organizer.
Attendee details belong to the organizer they bought from. We never sell them, and no organizer can see another organizer's customers - that is enforced in the database, not just the interface.
A small fixed fee per ticket plus a percentage, shown on every order before you publish. Free events are free - we do not charge you to admit people at no cost.
Something wrong with a ticket or a payment? Reach us and we will look at the actual order.
